How does my church start an account with the Foundation?

To open a new account at the Minnesota United Methodist Foundation, your organization should complete and submit the following two forms to the Foundation:

  • Information Sheet for Participation in Common Fund
  • Trust Agreement for Common Fund

Send us your completed Information Sheet and TWO signed copies of the Trust Agreement form. We will sign both copies of the Trust Agreement and return one to your organization along with a completed Memorandum of Understanding which summarizes the instructions you provided on the Information Sheet about how this account should operate.
